Call for papers
You are invited to prepare a professional or scientific paper for the Conference, which may be presented orally or as a poster displayed in the foyer of the Hall. All accepted written contributions will be published in the conference proceedings, regardless of the presentation method. As usual, this year's planned topics cover the entire field of structural engineering. In addition to papers on design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, management, and supervision of all types of building structures, we also welcome papers on research and development activities.
Professional papers are particularly encouraged, as they are expected to form the majority of published contributions. Scientific papers, which must be identified in advance as scientific, will be sent to the Scientific Committee members for review.
Authors are kindly requested to submit by 31 July 2026 the title of their paper, a brief summary of the intended content, the names of the author(s) if there is more than one, and whether it is a scientific or technical paper. The abstract should not exceed 150 words. It is preferable to use the online submission form, bbut you may also send the required information by e-mail to: info@sdgk.si.
The final paper in Word (*.doc or *.docx; please use the template) format be sent to info@sdgk.si no later than:
- 12 October 2026 for a scientific paper and
- 19 October 2026 for a technical paper.
Please indicate with your submission how you wish to present your paper at the Conference. The Editorial Board will inform you by 26 October 2026 whether your scientific paper is suitable in content and format for publication in the Proceedings, and authors of scientific papers will be notified of the review results. If corrections are required, final scientific papers must be received by 3 November 2026 at the latest.
