Registration fee

The registration fee for the Conference, which covers the costs of organisation, refreshments during breaks, lunch, gala dinner and the printed Conference proceedings, is 210 EUR  per person and already includes VAT. For pensioners and students in bachelor's and master's programmes, the registration fee is EUR 105. The reduced registration fee applies if the pensioner or student pays as an individual.

The fee is transferable to another person, but will not be refunded.  

Registration

You can register your participation in the meeting by filling in the online registration form and paying the required registration fee. Please transfer the registration fee to the transaction account of the Slovenian Society of Civil Engineers SI56 0208 5001 5319 187 (ref: 00 45-2024). Please enclose a receipt of the paid registration fee with your registration, if possible. Payment by cash is not possible.

By registering and paying the registration fee on time (preferably at least two weeks before the event), you can make it much easier for us to organise the event. We are accepting applications until capacity is reached.

By agreement with the organiser, it will also be possible to promote your products and services at the meeting.
